I had a really fun evening last night at the Society of Illustrators Special Sketch Night. The models were great, Bil Donovan facilitated wonderfully as always, and the representatives from Focus Features handed out sewing kits and […]

Last Friday was a special night for me, the opening reception for the artists selected to be a part of the Society of Illustrator’s 60th Annual. I’ve been collecting the annuals since my school days at Parsons and have always wanted to one day be included with this amazing group of illustrator/artists. To say that […]

In December I was asked to create live “fashion” portraits of any interested employees of the Hudson Bay Company during their holiday party. Located on the west side of Manhattan near the Freedom Tower, the views were stunning. And the building itself, wow. So yes, I love live drawing, and all of my subjects that […]

Last week I got a call to illustrate a nice story about a woman’s quest for the perfect Parisian apartment and how meeting the right partner changed everything. I really enjoyed this piece. You can read the story here: https://realestate.boston.com/my-first-home/2017/10/26/an-american-in-paris/ Thanks to Lesley at the Boston Globe for the commission.

It’s been a very busy summer and I haven’t really had time to post, but now that I a few projects have been completed, I’d love to share one that has just been released. Back in July I was contacted by Atlantic Re:think, the marketing division of the Atlantic Magazine, to create a series of […]

I was commissioned to create the rainbow background that is currently being used for all of Macy*s Pride Month promotional materials. This was one of those jobs that was bigger than the job. I support LGBTQ rights and can’t really understand how anyone does not. So many strides have been made and I hope that things keep moving in the […]

Nice to see some of my work on the shelves this weekend 🙂 #winelabelart #winelabelillustration #illustration
New for @washingtonpost today. Meet the #jurors of the #derekchauvin trial.
Back at it. Postponed for the #pandemic but the project is back on 👏🏼
Last June I was asked to create this new merlot label. It was a very focused project and one that I was very grateful for. It was one of the few projects that I worked on during the lockdown and it really helped keep my mind positive. It was very peaceful exploring the delicacy of wings, the design of the filagree, and the iconic ‘A’.
